I have a device that can send HL7 messages, I want to know how to make a server that reads HL7 messages from that device. I have search in internet about that but I want to know if you can help me to implement right the HL7 messages.

What "HL7 messages"? V2.x?
And rule for asking questions: https://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_Rules_for_asking_questions

This is HL7 FHIR discussion group, not a correct place for V2 related question. You may find some V2 packages on github.com.

You can try raising your questions on chat.hl7.org. It deals with v2 questions, however you should still ad here to the 'rules for asking questions' and better explain what you've done, what research you've performed and the specific issues you're facing
