I ran the attached xml message instance against HAPI validator 3.4.0. I would like clarification as to why this information alert is being thrown by HAPI for elements in profiles which are not sliced. e.g. Encounter.status is not sliced, yet still this error is thrown against that element.
The full informational message is

FAIL INFORMATION -- Could not verify slice for profile https://fhir.nhs.uk/STU3/StructureDefinition/ITK-Document-Bundle-1 * Location: Bundle.entry[4].resource.entry[2].resource.status column: 0

I attach the validation report, a zipped profile set against which I ran the xml example and the xml example instance itself.

I am using version 3.4.0 of the HAPI validator and receive this error message
FAIL INFORMATION -- Could not verify slice for profile https://fhir.nhs.uk/STU3/StructureDefinition/ITK-Document-Bundle-1 * Location: Bundle.entry[4].resource.entry[2].resource.status column: 0

I receive many in the report like this, but why does HAPI show this informational alert when an element is not sliced as in the above case?

I attach the test message, the validation report and a zipped profile set against which I ran HAPI.
