Hi Brian,
We're releasing within the next week or so, so there will be a right up-to-date updated version of the R4 definitions in there.

Thanks for the update. The Device-DeviceComponent merge (as you can imaging) has a HUGE impact on the PHD modelling. It's been a dream to have that for years. Are there any issues remaining with Android?
Also, on an aside, would it be reasonable to submit a Java class for MDC codes to HAPI FHIR so both reader and uploaders could use them?

That sounds awesome- agree, that sounds like a good change.
Are you envisioning like a constants file with the codes in it bundled into HAPI? Certainly I'm not opposed, as long as there aren't copyright issues..
