The public reference HAPI server times out on searches, eg http://hapi.fhir.org/baseR4/Condition?patient.identifier=123 - a restart may be desirable .. @James Agnew

FYI - We're out temporarily but should be back soon with a more stable

Actually my statement above was about HAPI, not about test,fhir.org.. Lots of things work on HAPI, but something is awry with search or the search indexes. hapi.fhir.org/baseR4/Condition?patient.identifier=123 still fails.
