The GuidanceResponse has a subject which can be a Patient. https://www.hl7.org/fhir/guidanceresponse.html. But it isn't listed as a part of the Patient Compartment. https://www.hl7.org/fhir/compartmentdefinition-patient.html. Is there any reason that it isn't included? Have any of you gone ahead and supported it anyway?
