The group resource right now (r4) allows only members of person | animal | practitioner | device | medication | substance
I d like to be able to build group of encounters. The purpose is I am building cohorts of patient and also cohorts of encounters
This is a proposal to allow groups of encounters

Wouldn't List be used for this purpose?

I would certainly prefer if List were used. Group seems weird (I was surprised to see how the set of resources allowed for Group has grown...)
