Finally getting around to building a FHIR client and falling at the first hurdle...
Grahame's DSTU2 server (http://fhir2.healthintersections.com.au/open/) does not seem to yield a conformance resource when performing an OPTION verb against the root. In DSTU2 I thought that was the case.
Also, when you do get a CONFORMANCE resource back it claims support for the "CUSTOM" resource which the .NET API is not happy about.

custom should not feature in DSTU2. And I don't know why the Options approach doesn't work. I must have forgotten to make remvoing it for R3 specific to R3

it's something we talked about for R3. but it hasn't landed.

in my R3 server, it's configurable, and the public servers are not configured, because support is still not complete
