@Grahame Grieve Is your test server http://test.fhir.org/r4 down? I keep getting a 500 response from it with a huge html response in the body which I cannot interpret. I do see the phrase
No Database Connections Available for "fhir" as the first entry under OperationOutcome (which is HUGE!!!)
