All Genomics Implementers, based on discussions with Gil and re-evaluation of the test definitions, I have updated and uploaded new versions of the following scenarios: 02-Germline, 03-FamilyHistory, 04-DataWarehouse and 05-HLATyping.

The updates add initial test steps to created referenced resources on the target server; e.g. before creating an Observation, the referenced Practitioner, Patient and Specimen resources are first created.

Last update for now... 01-RegisterSequence has been updated and uploaded. Yes, Kevin, your server passes again. :) I also removed the 00-BasicOperations test definitions as the 01-08 scenarios now cover that level of functional testing.
