Topic: Forge not handling Observation.referenceRange

The Observation.referenceRange element has a low and high element that is a SimpleQuantity. However, Forge does not expand the two data types into their primitives. Is this a known issue or is there something I need to do to trigger it?

I hand-edited the 'low' value and now both work.
