Quick question... anyone getting a bug for extension fhir-type?
For FSH documentation, I can add fhir-type, and it compiles with 0 errors using command "sushi .", but seems to create errors when running "./_genonce.sh". Genonce spits out error "Unknown ExtensionContextType code 'extension.fhirType"
