hi all,
this is my first time in Zulip, i was just asking about if we need in FHIR V4 to build insurance family structure not from medical history perspective but from insurance perspective,like structure of the family relation headOfFamily to its dependants and so on..if there is a best FHIR resource to use standard or extensions will be needed ?

Coverage allows you to indicate both the policyHolder, subscriber and beneficiary. That's generally as deep as a hierarchy gets. Beneficiaries need to have a relationship to the subscriber. Individuals with relationships to beneficiaries don't really matter - it's the relationship to the subscriber that counts. If you query all Coverages for a given subscriber, you can find the collection of covered individuals.
