How might one record that you have family health history with family members with allergies? This does not seem like a condition. Right? Is this a different vector that we might want to add to FamilyMemberHistory;

or is family member allergy not clinically useful? (I could imagine allergies being more environmental than genetic?)

So it can be genetic

which seems to set the stage for FamilyMemberHistory needing an allergy vector?

I think that in FamilyHistory.condition includes allergies and intolerances, but the resource does not say anything about them.

I was originally thinking that could be. it would be easy enough to explain it that way, and then have a valueset that includes some conditions and some allergies. Mostly I am wondering if there is precedent, or if there is a need for a CR.

Allergy is a type of Condition, so representing it with FamilyMemberHistory.condition would be completely appropriate. (AllergyIntolerance is a distinct resource from Condition because they are typically tracked differently - just as Condition is separated out from Observation.
