FYI - In the current R4 developmental build ProcedureRequest is now called ServiceRequest to reflect that is encompasses referrals, procedures and diagnostics.

Will that be confused by the use of "service" as in web-services, aka Endpoint? I understand the medical perspective, just wondering if we have considered people with a technical perspective being confused.

Making resource name changes is tedious and time consuming so I made sure we gave ample opportunity to discuss. We had Zulip chats, a note in the spec and workgroup discussions before the decision was made- nobody had raised that concern.
