Hi,
We have a requirement to receive and process the FIM (Functional Independence Measure) assessment scores through FHIR API. We are investigating the FHIR resource that is more appropriate to use for the FIM scores and identified that we can use either QuestionaireResponse or Observation resource. I would like to get your input on the better resource that fit to retrieve this FIM score .

Use Observation, with a standard code for FIM if there is one (could not find a LOINC code for it with a quick search. but maybe it exists)
