Does anyone know where to find a sample of the FHIR Spreadsheet Authoring Tool ? One of many links to it is here - http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_Spreadsheet_Authoring. If someone could provide a n answer or link that would be great. If it doesn't exist, that would be good to know too. Thanks in advance.

You're interested in authoring profiles? It's not widely advertised because we'd like it to go away and we also don't want to support it for use outside of HL7 authoring. The "tool" is just Excel. However you can see example templates in the source for some of the existing IGs. E.g. https://github.com/HL7/genomics-reporting
