Hello all. We have created several FHIR profiles for existing resources ( e.g Patient, Observation ). What is the best way to generate human readable html out of it for internal usage / documentation ?

Upload them to simplifier.net, that tool will render them nicely. If you need more than just a rendering you can use the Implementation Guide features of FHIR, using IG Builder or Simplifier.
