Has anyone implemented FHIR for teleradiology or telepathology?

@Srikrishna, I believe some image viewers have some FHIR capabilities, but can you clarify what part of the workflow you're interested in?

@Ellito Silver My workflow is a typical teleradiology workflow, where from my healthcare application i have to send service requests (=order) with details of patient identifiers, study details/ procedure to PACS application, which shall receive the requests, based on which the image is acquired, sends back the request with Image details.

That sounds like pretty typical order management issues. I am not aware of any imaging systems or RIS with FHIR orders interfaces. I know that neither HL7 Imaging/DICOM WG-20 nor IHE Radiology have tackled it yet.
