Is there someone with experience of using FHIR QuestionnaireResponses together with a rule engine, e.g. Drools. Or an example somewhere?

I have some experience with custom rules engines in Node. The Meteor/Node ecosystem in general has implemented simple rules engines on Questionnaires two or three times in the past; and I know of at least one group that's working on a larger enterprise-grade product. Not sure if there are any that are open-source though. But the general idea is QuestionnaireResponse in, QuestionnaireResponse out.
