I get a 404 message for the for the download URL that is in Confluence: https://fhir.github.io/latest-ig-publisher/org.hl7.fhir.validator.jar. Is this still correct?

my bad...it's the HL7 wiki, not the Confluence page: https://wiki.hl7.org/Using_the_FHIR_Validator
