The most recent version of the FHIR Validator uploaded appears to be 4.2.6-SNAPSHOT posted on March 5 by @Grahame Grieve , but a version 4.3.1-SNAPSHOT was posted on Feb 16 by @James Agnew . I'm guessing this is just a miscommunication, but wanted to confirm.
Assuming 4.2.6-SNAPSHOT is the one I should use and that includes the primitive type list fix mentioned in this other thread.

4.2.6 is the correct version. see https://fhir.github.io/latest-ig-publisher/. I'm not sure what happened with 4.3.1
