I was wondering if there is already a FHIR Server with CQL support for data retrieval? I couldn't find one. If they aren't are there plans to include this in one of the servers?

Yes, we have built a HAPI plugin that provides CQL evaluation and Clinical Reasoning module support: CQF-Ruler.
