Does anybody know of any examples or have any insights into best practices for using the Claim object to make a request for prior-auth information. For my particular use case I would only need to collect the state and cpt code of the service being requested and I'm having a hard time determining whether A) the claim object is the right request type to use and B) what fields I should map my required fields(state,cpt code) to.
