Hello All - Does anyone have all the list of FHIR R4 changes in spreadsheet ? or differences between STU R3 vs STU R4 (draft) ?

We don't compile the list of changes until publication time - it's a huge amount of work to do once and we can't afford to do it continuously. You can look at the gForge tracker items or you can do a direct comparison of the schemas or structure definitions in the meantime.

Yes, filter on status "Applied" and target release "DSTURelease4". Keep in mind that that list will surely grow until we publish.

FHIR Definitions and schema zip links can both be found on the downloads page (http://build.fhir.org/downloads.html for current build)
