I'm not able to locate an extension refillsRemaining (http://hl7.org/fhir/STU3/extension-pharmacy-core-refillsremaining.html) in R4. @Melva Peters, I'm wondering if this extension was removed in R4 or is just pending migration from R3 to R4.

Pharmacy WG removed all of the extensions that were included in STU3 as they were not added by the Pharmacy WG. If you have a requirement for this, please add a tracker item.

Thank you @Melva Peters. We planned to use this extension for our new version of the drug repository, but we can go forward with a local one instead if other parties have no interest in an international extension.

Igor, I encourage you to add a tracker so that Pharmacy can ask if there is broader interest in this. It has not been a requirement that has come forward, but maybe it is needed. I'd rather have that discussion and determine if an attribute or a core extension is needed rather than individual projects created extensions.

@Melva Peters, I see that the Pharmacy group has decided to add both extensions to the Medication resource. I'm wondering if you know when and for what FHIR version these extensions would be added.
