Hi All,
Can we take extension to Medication.code.coding.extension in Medication Profile ,In order to capture different terminologies.Can anyone suggest??

No need for an extension. Medication.code.coding is 0..*. Each repetition can convey a different terminology.

(That's why we made it 0..* - so you can send different codes for the same thing and meet the needs of multiple recipients at the same time.)
