Hi, has anyone got experience of deploying a highly complex FHIR exchange hub ideally using one of the FHIR server technology providers ? If I am lucky and the answer is yes, can someone share his experience? Any help is appreciated to decide the components and potentially vouching for one the technology providers. PS: Majority of my concepts are custom resources

@Grahame Grieve Around 70 subscribers/publisher/consumer ... Each with at least 5 underlying trust and each trust with their own terminology systems.

Well, I wanted to find out if anyone has used any FHIR technology providers ( I know Aidbox and Vonk), to implement this... I need to make a decision to explore FHIR server providers or build something from scratch specially because I am mainly using custom resource and hence not so much benefit by using these technology providers... Hope that gives you a picture
