Hi all, I need to create a profile for the examination of lung using observation resource and there are some findings namely bronchial sound, chest tenderness etc. To which element (component or related) do I have to attach the findings ? Thank you

The key question is "would it ever make sense to look at these elements independently?" If the answer is 'yes', then use 'related'. If the answer is 'no', then component is fine.
