I use the HAPI validator and had that issue with DSTU2, it works with STU3. Believe the main java based validation moved into HAPI with STU3 http://hapifhir.io/doc_validation.html

sorry, I check local version is STU3, so how can I deal with that?

I'd check you're discriminator, should be defined in the profile. I think you've used the same code for both of your Observation.components.
