Hi, I would ask for advice.
There is a need to work with an epicrisis in the FHIR format.
In my case, epicrisis contains a number of sections: connection with treatment in hospitals, connection with the examination, brief history, diagnostic studies, course of the disease, treatment carried out, condition at the direction, condition at discharge.
As far as I understand, correctly implement such an aggregation using an FHIR document.
Connection with the appeal to the health care facility, we map on Encounter, but I lack knowledge of how to act with other sections.
I would be grateful for any advice or help.
