I'm looking into building a test bed/mock setup that I can use locally for test development (also using SMART). I wan't to get as close to your 'inclusion criteria's'/ authorization model as possible in my test bed. Could you say if it is roughly based on the defined CompartmentDefinitions (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/compartmentdefinition.html) or alike. I haven't been able to find it described on eg. https://fhir.epic.com/Documentation?docId=patientfacingfhirapps

I don't really understand what you're asking -- are you aiming to get a set of sample data that is similar to what an Epic instance would return?

Sort of yes. Given that I as client request with the scope of either user/.cruds or patient/.cruds, what resources do I then get access to?
