What resource would one use to convey end of life directives? CommunicationRequest?

It is possible that use-case has not been modeled at all. The Privacy Consent is modeled as a Contract; so one might logically think the same of the other Directives. However that seems odd to be a 'contract'. It might be a legal document, but not really a contract.

If you expect someone to abide by it, its a contract regardless of what we name the resource. I think the key aspect is whether this is a directive which it sounds like it is then you would use the COnsent Profile on contact..

The Consent Profile to day is focused on "Privacy Consent Directive". We have excluded the other directives so that we can achieve a very important need.

Ok, so then David if you could look at the Consent Directive profile from the perspective of your use case and provide that feedback to CBCC then they could work with you to support your needs.
