What is the difference between Encounter.type and Encounter.serviceType? What are the recommended valuesets for these elements since binding is "example" ? What will be real life scenario associated with both?

Both names are confusing, so seemingly need to be swapped or renamed. Encounter.type is for specific service types(0..*); Encounter.serviceType is for more broader types, such as specialties(0..1).
