In the https://www.hl7.org/fhir/encounter-mappings.html#v2 Encounter V2 mapping it shows the following for status:
"No clear equivalent in HL7 v2; active/finished could be inferred from PV1-44, PV1-45, PV2-24; inactive could be inferred from PV2-16"
However, there is no such status as 'active' in EncounterStatus valueset: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/valueset-encounter-status.html
Is this just a typo?
What do folks use to map HL7 V2 (PV1?) to Encounter.status?
