The Data Integration section says that "FHIR does not have a defined construct to use to indicate that a particular data element should explicitly be set to empty" - but if I PUT a resource that does not have certain elements, and the server overrides the existing resource with this new version, it means that a particular element may be explicitly set to empty. Is it not?
