@Art Harris Are you asking if anyone is using these resources? If so they yes we are using in Saudi Arabia (population roughly same as California) for: discovery - checking for coverages for a beneficiary; validation - checking that a specified, or discovered, coverage is in force at some intended dates of service; and, benefits - obtaining the table of benefits for a specified coverage.
