You won't be able to download 'real' data from any server without having specific authorization to access that data - real information is, of course, sensitive and protected.

Synthea produces synthetic data, but it would not be helpful for training algorithms - because the data itself is algorithmically produced and thus isn't going to reflect 'real' data.
