Is the code behind org.hl7.fhir.validator.jar available anywhere? I've found what may be a version from Sept 2013 here https://github.com/jmandel/fhir-build-process/blob/master/buildSrc/src/main/java/org/hl7/fhir/tools/validator/Validator.java

We have a prototype HAPI server and looking at ways of supporting testing/validation (for DSTU2). Ideally along the lines of http://hapifhir.io/doc_validation.html

hapi is open source, but the main validator is actually maintained in the FHIR build tooling.

note that we're not maintaining the old validator anymore - for DSTU 2 and R3, we are using the current validator now

and that part is not open source?

Ignore my last comment. I've worked out how I can do it with HAPI :)
