I would like to know how to get the specification.xml.zip file without the 'narrative' section. I can't find where to download them on the site.

There is no generated version of the XML without narrative. However, you could download the XML without narrative and then run them through a simple transform to strip the narrative.

Ho thanks for the answer. I could download without narrative? Where can I download it? I didn't find anything on the https://hl7.org/FHIR/downloads.html page

You'd have to download with narrative and write your own XSLT
