I recall some concern around the issue of structured data not showing up in the DomainResource.text, as it might lead to misinterpretation. What about the other way around? If we have data to communicate for which there is no slot in the resource definition, is it OK to put it in text and not in the structured data? (viz., device description in DSTU2)
