Looking at the DocumentReference resource, what is the difference between
DocumentReference.subject (when referencing a "Patient") DocumentReference.context.sourcePatientInfo (also referencing a "Patient")

my understanding is that sourcepatientInfo is denormalised for patient safety concerns
