Hi everyone, is this where I can ask about certain 4.01 FHIR required fields. Can we just "Clinical Note" here? Seems like there is already a few other category fields that we are sending.

this is for FHIR core.. where there is no constraint... there is a constraint in US-Core for "Clinical Note". so it depends on which conformance layer you are asking about
