Has anyone tried to express a Diabetes care record as FHIR? As well as the standard observations etc, there are some specific elements to do with routine foot and eye screening it would be good to share..

would you like to outline your specific elements a little more? there are several projects in this space, but I haven't seen any standard requirements to the point where I'd guess what yours are
