What should go to the Device.carrierAIDC which has base64Binary data type. Is that a Base64 encoded bar code picture for a device?

The latter PDF is great, but I still would like to see an actual sample with such encoding. But thank you anyway.

I understand it would be the AIDC encoded barcode, which has a number of control characters in it that an HRF would not have. I don't understand it to be the picture of the barcode.
