Does anyone know of any discussion about linking DetectedIssues to encounters? It seems like an obvious thing to do to me, but there's no encounter element?

What's the use-case? Typically DetectedIssue is focused primarily on the proposed/actual action. What encounter the proposed action happened in would be in the proposed/actual action. When would you search for DetectedIssues by encounter?

What would that mean. If you prescribe a drug and it's identified as potentially contraindicated with another drug, is that 'relevant to a particular context of care'? Would you only want to see potential drug-drug interactions that were raised in Encounter A and not Encounter B?

not that one. but you might raise an alert using an algorithm that is intended for use as part of preparing for a specific encounter
