Could you please point me to advice on application of internationalisation of FHIR content, i.e., present FHIR content in different languages. I.e, English, French, Spanish etc. Is there any attributes that indicate what the language in use is, for the FHIR content received?

There is Resource.language, and there's a translation extension when you want to mix languages up and be explicit (unusual)
