I'd like to connect with other developers who have been successful in setting up data and API based on the FHIR resources like Patient. I am looking to do the same (setup a Patient data repository and corresponding API)

it's not clear what you have in mind. do you want to just run one of the existing open source servers? Or do you have your own server that you need to make available through an API?
