Hi all,
I'm reading the FHIR standard and I have the next question: Is it possible to apply this standar to transmit Health Record Data such as blood preassure, heart rate, etc., not only one measure but a large array of data from one device to any Health's software?
Does anyone can help me?

Sure, you can put all individual measurements in one bundle, for example http://build.fhir.org/bundle

You can also look at using the SampledData data type, though there might be a conflict between using that and the mandated profiles for vital signs. I've raised GF#20735 to discuss this.
