Is there an instruction that can be passed to the IG-Publisher to generate data-hierarchy HTML tables with row-ids and the same row-id as a 'parent-id' in each data group's 'child' rows? Class declaration would also need to be embedded such as seen in https://simplifier.net/demo/us-core-patient?
