there are many examples in the specification. See http://hl7-fhir.github.io/terminologies-valuesets.html and look for any labelled 'SNOMED'

Thanks @Grahame Grieve . I've not looked at them all but the ones I have looked at seem to be constructed around selection from SNOMED hierarchies as opposed to the contents of a subset/refset. I'll keep looking through the others.

I don't think we have any value sets that are taken from a ref set. But the syntax is fairly straight forward - see
